Qualogy meets Qualogy Caribbean

They will be discovering on location how the team in Suriname works, and where there are opportunities for even stronger cooperation and services. The fact that Qualogy has a site in in the Netherlands and Suriname offers clear benefits to both our clients and our staff.
Thanks to the favorable time difference, our management clients profit from the Qualogy service desk’s extended opening times. And our staff gain from one another’s expertise through regular knowledge sessions between colleagues from the Netherlands and Suriname.
Unique offshore offering
Thanks to its offices in Paramaribo, Qualogy can deliver a unique offshore offering. With minor cultural differences between the countries, well-trained, Dutch-speaking consultants and lower costs, Suriname provides multiple benefits for offshore activities.
This concept is already employed successfully by organizations such as A.S. Watson and in the Ensia project for the Association of Netherlands Municipalities. For the Ensia project, Qualogy Caribbean is responsible for the complete development, testing and management of the application.
Staff opportunities
The cooperation between the sites is not only beneficial for our clients. (Future) staff also profit from the chance to combine both cultures: Qualogy offers a tropical traineeship Mendix, for example, for which part of the training takes place in Suriname.
Some staff also grab the unique opportunity to (re-)emigrate. While keeping their job, of course. Sullivan Kromosoeto, for example, moved from Paramaribo to Rijswijk.
