Qualogy lays the HR foundation for Construction Company

For one of the leading Construction Company’s in Suriname for Utility, Building and Civil Construction and Renovation projects, Qualogy developed a new Human Resources application. The application is a first step towards an extended management information system.

The company selected Qualogy not only for technical expertise; it needed a partner that responds swiftly to any request, whether it is a support request or request for add-ons.

After successfully delivering the first part of the Human Resources application we got informed that we can start building the pay rolling software on top the HR Application.

Improvements for the company so far include: saving time and effort in administration of hours employees put in daily, better insights into non-attendances and easier reporting to third parties.
